Been here 3 times for voting and getting car plates--always fast, polite, and no hassles.
Really bad service they have a number for turn but they skip the numbers if you are waiting outside thats ridiculous there are to many people inside but if you wait outside you loose your turn
Friendly helpful staff and the wait time was reasonable. There were about 15 people in front of me and I was helped and on my way with new tags in about half an hour. Also they issue the normal metal plates so you don't have to drive around with a temporary tag.
I went to renew my vehicle registration. The drive thru line was not moving so I walked inside. The representative that takes care of express renewals seemed flustered and asked me to wait which I had no problem with, at least I didn't have to wait for them to call a number. I waited maybe 5 mins and the rep took care of me. When I walked out the door I realized the same cars were still in line for the drive thru. No point in waiting in that line.
