Though the lines for rides are horrendous! My kids waited in line for 1.5 hours for 2 rides on a Saturday. One of which they couldn't ride. The one they were able to ride they waited in the front of the line for 30 mins to get on. It was ABSURD!
I will not be returning.
Wristbands were pricey for having limited rides with such long lines.
So get this... my kids are just tall enough to pay full price at 9 pm with 1 hr before close when there are now no Friday night discounts and they are too short to ride the 2 go cart rides they were excited to ride.
I happened to visit on a weekday with kids. 10/10 for the food at bar and grill, it's freshly made and is delicious. The staff members are friendly and doing their best to make sure we are entertained for the money we paid. The new go karting cars are very easy to drive. We had a blast!
That’s great customer service and a real way to woo customers to come back. This used to be a favorite place to go, but not anymore. My recommendation is go elsewhere because at this rate, there’ll be a very successful competitor soon who’ll put them out of business.
Recently revisited after several years. Lots of improvements. They now have a bowling alley. The racetracks are better. Lots to do. Love that they also give a military discount. Its easy to see from the interstate. Its in a great location and parking is great. There is something for everyone. For those who drink alcohol, they have a bar area as well.
I stopped going here years ago because the pizza was awful. Good news! Pizza is better now!
We decided to try PNP with my kids to let them burn off some energy. Right off, I could see that it's a clean place. I've usually visited these types where they've been pretty nasty and run down. I don't know why. It was easy to get our passes but here's the thing: the color bracelet you get for your packet doesn't match the package color on the sign. So if you forget what all comes with your package, don't match it to the color. We had purple so we thought my dad had bought everyone the purple package that comes with bowling. When we found out it doesn't, my kids were disappointed but we moved on. The problem we ran into is that there aren't enough directional signs telling you where everything is. The signs are small and when you're trying not to run into people, you end up missing the signs. You just walk around until you find it or ask. Golfing is decent. Nothing too excited. If they made it more into a goofy golf with moving parts for fun, it would be better. Laser tag is a joke. The employee didn't want to be there and didn't explain any rules. He also didn't explain that it's better that the groups be split into colors. People immediately grabbed the closest vests to the entrance which meant most of us were blue. Only 3 or 4 were red. My gun didn't work properly. You're supposed to have everyone enter a room and watch a short on safety then explain how to split up people. Didn't happen. Most of us walked around bored. Your gun recharges when you shoot someone so you're trying to hide. It takes way too long. Many of us were bored because of that plus the teams not being even. No one wanted to sort their own color. The go karts were fun. It was organized well. The whole outside area was clean and so was the buffet area. If I could make a suggestion, laser tag needs to be properly handled and needing better equipment. This is a good place for parties and free play but if you're new, don't expect to know where you're going right from the start. The lack of signs make it a pain.
