By far one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had. There is no way that I will rent from this location ever again. My husband and I went to pick up a rental that was already reserved by our insurance company, and were met with nothing but obstacles and rejection.
My vehicles are always shiny, fresh and clean interior and exterior.
When my husband relayed his reason for coming in, the representative began to ask him questions about where our damaged car was and what shop it was in. Though this had no bearing on our reservation, the representative denied us the ability to get the car. He told us that the insurance company wouldn't cover the cost of the rental unless it was in the shop. Keep in mind that we called our insurance company after this experience and were told that was incorrect and that they would be covering the rental at full cost. When my husband insisted, the representative then decided he would ask for additional documentation from us that again shouldn't be required since our insurance company is paying for the car. He asked for a utility bill and we supplied it. Then he asked for a copy of a paystub, and since we were unable to produce that document, we were denied the vehicle that was already reserved.
Way to go Pflugerville Enterprise!
The courtesy drivers are very considerate and thoughtful.
Our rental car got a nail in the tire. We live an hour away so we stopped at the closest location and were switched to another car in about 10 minutes. Such an easy process and the employee helping us was so nice. Highly recommend this location!
To add to this, the representative was rude, condescending, and presented an arrogant demeanor throughout the interaction. We have rented through Enterprise on several occasions, including times in which an accident was involved and have never been treated like this. The truth of the matter is that this location did not provide us with a car because we wouldn't provide their connected car repair company with business and that's just unethical and disappointing. At the conclusion of our horrible interaction, my husband asked for the representative's name and the name of his manager. We were told his name was Sean and the other manager available was Steven. If Sean is a manager as he stated, Ii would highly recommend through a series of customer service refresher courses, because his abilities are extremely questionable.
The gentleman behind the counter are professionals. I look forward to hearing how each of you advance in the company.
Great service. After returning the rental, I need a ride home and was offered a shuttle ride with one of their very nice drivers. Will definitely rent from this location again!

The van I reserved online was ready when I got there. The vehicle was good condition. Pick up and drop off took just a few minutes. Shelby assisted me with check out and provided an excellent experience. I will do business with this Enterprise location again.
We went to another Enterprise location in Round Rock this morning and had no issues getting the car. Not once were we asked about a paystub, or met with an insistence that we needed to put the car in the shop before we could get a car. The representative we had was beyond superb at that location. Too bad all of your employees can't be that way.
