I wish I could say good things about this place. It was my first time going through the car wash. It was free for getting my truck inspection next door. Well let me tell you please it you have a truck don't go through it.. It scratched the hood of my truck. I have a 2014 Black Toyota Tundra. I take very good care of my truck and it has only had one scrape on it in almost four years. I am so mad at the response the manager or the person they sent out to talk to me about it. All he said was I can give you a free car wash. Or a free oil change. Really...... I mean really...... If the express oil change owns this car wash I would be embarrassed with that kind of response. He didn't even ask for a phone number or take pictures or even seem concerned about the situation. I wash my truck once a week. I work hard to pay for my truck to take my family places. I will never return. And everyone I know will hear about my experience... I run a business and if I reacted this way to a situation like this I would be out of business. Oh and by the way I have spent plenty of money at express oil change. I'm not saying it's their fault but they are the ones that failed to address my truck in a professional way. For an $11 car wash (which is the most expensive they have), it does a pretty good darn job. Though if you have strong black grease stuck on the car, may not be a good option for you, but overall its better than OK.
I absolutely love the convenience and the staff that care for this particular car wash. I like the fact that I can go there at 4 in the morning or 1 in the afternoon. I also love the fact that if anything goes wrong the staff is all over it they take care of it they make me feel like I'm important.
