Literally had the clerk argue with me because she failed to understand my questions, while the other woman sat behind her smirking and shaking her head at me as if I was in the wrong lol, get it together.
You ladies that answer the phone need a course in customer service! If you ladies don't like your job then go find a new job. No one should have to deal with your unpleasant attitude.
I'm here paying the fine. I'm not contesting to waste your time. The clerks act like I am bothering them. What's the problem?
