Great service in the Pflugerville store when buying my Macbook, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff made my trip a great experience
I shop here and at many local Best Buy's in the area. This one doesn't have quite the selection as say, the one in Round Rock. Slightly smaller store. But it is clean, friendly staff, typically less crowded, and generally good service. As with most local retailers, don't expect sales and tech personnel to be 100% informed to answer your technical questions beyond a basic level. Nor will they ever ask you for assistance when you actually need it. Do your research on-line. And don't forget to price-match when possible.
Best buy is now charging $7.99 to install a$50 screen protector. Not cool. No customer appreciation.
It's a little hard to find some things but the employees will help and are fairly friendly.
