Fast response time. However..... accused us of arson which was ridiculous because we'd only lived in the home for about 4 months at that point. Their reason? Also Austin Fire Department has a Nifty Gadget that checks for fire inside the walls Pflugerville fire department will bang a lot of holes in your sheetrock. Despite those negatives, these guys were prompt professional and polite even though they may have suggested we wanted the fire destruction at first. Once they figured out that wasn't the case I will say they were very very friendly and thoughtful, but I get the feeling the city needs to help them out with funding.
