Rude workers.. and lazy as well! The gym is nice but the trainers don't care if they take your spot or not they aren't considerate of everybody in the gym. Front desk guys super lazy & rude like find somthing to do
Very clean gym. The staff is friendly and the equipment is easy to use. So far so good. Wish they offered the zumba classes more often.
All new equipment at this new Gold's Gym. The layout of the gym leaves lots of space. While the parking lot seems like the place is crowded when I get inside i have not had to share a piece of equipment with somebody else yet. The classes seem very good, though I haven't used them. Very friendly staff at the front desk. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff is always very friendly. I feel like they are my friends lol. The facility is clean and well kept. I love this location
Poor customer service at front desk. There's no need for you to make me wait until you're done with your phone call to then take my keys that are attached to my water bottle and scan my code. Keep your hands to yourself and I can scan my own while you take another complaint over the phone. This gym would be great if you had a personality and just left the scanners on the counter like everyone else. And the employee I'm talking about is a young lady in her early 70s.
