Racist Mexican employee not helpful as she can enjoy watching her tablet, I wish my job pays me when I'm just setting
I am here at the laundry today and was having trouble with one of the machines. I asked the attendant for help and she was very rude. After five times approaching her for help she finally and reluctantly assisted. The whole process took about an hour and still I had not done my laundry and I had to go to work. A pleasant attitude and a willingness to help a customer when they are spending money at your facility should not be to much to ask.
Clean, well lit, a couple big tv's, good service. I dislike paying .99 for a card since I probably won't need to come back but it is what it is.
After reading the other reviews... bad ones specifically. It's a laundromat it's gunna smell weird. I'm a white male, I was treated no different then the Hispanic patrons. Service was A plus. Best facility I have been to so far! Big selection of quality machines with different capacities with up to 8 loads at once.
Next time, I'll read the reviews and heed their warnings! The cleanest place I've ever been to. High tech and modern but be careful! I put çredit in the machine and bumped the door closed by mistake. The attendant didn't even offer a half hearted apology. Once the cycle starts, you cant open the door. At first i thought her to be rude but then some brown skin people received all her pent-up sunshine and proved me wrong! Im glad i only had one load. What a waste... Hey owner, FUH-Q!
