As a compensation for the long wait, I was given coupons for a future visit.
Visited Mama Fu's for the first time wanting something better than Panda Express. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The food is no better than Panda Express and costs MUCH more. I got the fried rice which was $0.99 extra. Don't waste your money! It was no more than rice with a bunch of soy sauce added; no peas, tiny bits of carrot I could count on one hand and a tiny piece of egg, just one! Fried rice at Panda is ten times better and doesn't cost extra. The wait staff was friendly enough, and mildly attentive, but never refilled my drink. The entree I got was Orange Chicken, it was very sweet, and no pieces of orange peel or peppers, very disappointing. I will definitely not return to this restaurant.
I ordered the Pho which arrived with an insubstantial amount of greens, to which I asked the waitress if it were possible for me to get some more. A little later I received a half full two ounce cup with some Thai Basil scraps.
The food was simply amazing hot and fresh vegetables. Good customer service. We will be back
Good food but unfortunately service is terrible. In two occasions we have dined in and place is empty and before we even order our meal we're being given our check. Typically you eat then pay, right? Don't mean to be sarcastic but really? The place is empty folks, wake up! Also, check your dishwasher. Silverware is gross!!!
We (party of four) ate there on a Monday night. The restaurant was not busy and we were seated right away. After we put in our orders, we had to wait for over 45 minutes until we got our food.
I ordered delivery and it never showed up. I waited three hours, then they closed and I never got my order. They use their own delivery drivers, so it wasn’t grubhub that messed up. Thankfully grubhub customer service is looking into it, but I’m not going to order from Mama Fu’s again.
I really hate to give this place a poor review, because I usually enjoy their food, but this could have been handled a lot better.
