Got out of my vehicle I was wearing very tight then clothes- pjs- and was going or attempting to go in my home at which point officer summers #250 approached me asked if I was firing of a gun -told him no and at that point I was socially raped of all my rights as a American citizen i have the right to my private life I was hand cuffed just 5 months out of reconstruction surgery I had on my left wrist I had a metal plate and 7 screws placed in my left radius and am having bad pain now might need to go to hospital

I was at Meineke on W. Pecan getting a 7;30am oil change. Their coffee machine wasn't working so I decided to go for a little stroll and perhaps partake in a cup of coffee. That was until officer Walline came screeching across 4 lanes and parked diagonally in front of me. I was detained and interrogated for several minutes and told "there was a crime" "there was no crime" "there was an alarm" "there may have been a crime." Coffee,kolaches, tacos, gas stations...there were people all over the place. But I was singled out maybe because of my tats...Because I'm bald. My fat face. No idea. There was no "you match the description" chicanery because there was no perp. There was no crime. Or maybe. He couldn't figure that part out. I have the complete video and filed a complaint on the PPD website

I locked my keys in my car on the way to work around 530 pm Thursday (3/31). When I called you were very busy so I decided to call my neighbor to come get me. I went on to work in my other car and called you again when I got off work. You came right out and unlocked my car for me. Thank you very much. Your service to our community is greatly appreciated.
