The staff was really good .They kept checking if I needed help .They received me with a 'Welcome' . And told me their specials ,really recommend this store very friendly.
Just bought a pair of sandles, wore them in the store to make sure they felt ok. After an hour of walking around in them my feet were sore. The sole of the sandles had a strange texture that started wearing on my feet as I walked. I tried to take them back one hour after purchasing them and was told that I couldn't because they have wear and tear on them now. I just wanted to trade them in for a different pair of sandles. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
Hallie, when you work in a retail establishment you should profect your customer service skills and learn to count change back. It's hard to believe that you'd rather lose a customer before being able to do simple addition. When someone offers you change after you've punched it in, figure the math out rather than refuse to take it from the customer. I guess the days of customers being treated with respect are over. I won't return to this store again.
