This was the last stop after a long afternoon of no luck at other furniture stores. Kyle Collard was super helpful in finding us the perfect kitchen and dinning room tables. He was honest in all his advice and very attentive to our needs. And they had great selection with even better prices! Will definitely be back soon!
Came in to check bedroom prices and felt very comfortable browsing around without feeling pressured. Sam came by and offered to help us, keeping an eye on us without being pushy at all. He helped us talk to his manager Lee to get an amazing deal. At the end we purchased everything we needed at a price we wanted. Being a not very assertive person, it was a great shopping experience and at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything we did not want. Thanks Sam!
Absolutely 5 star service at Ashley Furniture. We had no idea you could finance with 0 interest for so long. The quality of the furniture along with the cheap price and low payment amount made them an easy choice.
Matt Kroger was the one who assisted us and we would recommend anyone who is looking for furniture to see him first. He's at the Pflugerville location. He even got his merchandise manager to help us find items to accessorize our living room and it looks amazing. We were just delivered and it was just what we expected. I can't say enough how great he is and the company is. Will be back!
Went in after a long day at work, just looking to price some bedroom sets. I really just wanted to go in and check out prices but luckily I met Kristina, an amazing sells rep!! She answered questions I didn't even know that I had. She made me feel comfortable and confident in the items I was going purchase. I am not the type that likes shopping but the experience I had here today was simply amazing!! I will definitely back for all my future furniture purchases!!
We were shopping for a new couch and didn’t even think about Ashley furniture but passed it while shopping. We turned around and went in. Steve was new and beyond helpful. He gave us one on one attention and was SO informative!! He walked us through the entire sale and delivery process. Felt very comfortable spending money at this place. Glad we stopped in! They had a terrific sale also. Very pleased.
