The only helpful criticism I could offer is to update the coffee and soda area and replace or clean some of the carpeting throughout the store.
My leather chair arrive today! The delivery man took great care with unloading it and taking off the protective blankets and cover!

Kathy Haley was an absolute pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable too! My husband and I spent 3 days picking furniture for our living room, Kathy was so patient and understanding everytime we changed our minds on what we wanted. Kathy was so helpful and I can’t wait to go back to star for our bedroom. What a beautiful store!
Second try was the charm for us. First sofa-set we purchased had damages (on both sofa and love seat) which appeared to have been caused during delivery. The repair department staff confirmed that damages were unrepairable. With the help from our sales person, Ms. Shirley Edwards, we replaced the first set with a new set which has been delivered today. The new set looks great. Even though we had to try twice, I would shop at Star Furniture again.

Star furniture has an incredible variety of high quality furniture at an affordable price. Their team especially Maureen are supportive and helpful yet not pushy or intrusive. Stars delivery process is simple and accommodates the customer with the ability to be flexible and deliver on weekends. The delivery team are polite informative and efficient . The Star team are engaged and genuinely interested in their customer care and experience.
The selection at Star itself is wonderful. Two floors of tastefully curated items at reasonable prices. You can buy sets or mix and match as we did.
They placed it where I wanted it and I can't think Carolyn enough at STAR for suggesting this chair for my teenager for Christmas!
Maureen is very patient and doesn't not radiate the personality of a typical sales person. She takes your thoughts and opinions seriously and advises on selections using her expertise to turn your selection into something truly wonderful! Thank you Maureen!
