I came here with my toddler for the splash pad. The fountains turn on sporadically in the three different sections so the kid was constantly on the move. There was a YUGE sandbox right next to the fountains so be prepared for the kids to be battered after they get dipped. There is also swings nearby that helps them dry off.
Our go to park. Skate park is awesome our sons love it. It's pretty crowded on weekends, so beginners may wanna try week days at first. The park area is beautiful, equipped with swings, rock climbing, sand pit, and water sprinklers when is warm. Always clean and well kept. Bike and running trails are nice. There's something for everyone to do. Oh and tennis/ basketball courts also. There's grill stations just about everywhere for BBQ.
There is plenty of free parking. This place was hard for me to find because the wells branch entrance is closed weekdays. I went around and entered from pecan st. There is a lot of road construction in this area but it was worth visiting. The kid had a blast!
Awesome skate park, great equipment. Never too crowded when I go.
